We have a number of dogs with our foster carers at any one time.

We make sure that:

• Every dog’s food and day-to-day care is taken care of
• They’re up to date with all medical checkups
• We get to know their temperament properly
• We work on basic commands and skills with them

This does take time, so a dog who’s currently in foster may not be available for adoption right away.

• Gus — in foster in Beckenham, near Bromley, settling in and working through some early behaviour
• Poppy — in foster with Mo and Ian in North Yorkshire
• Teddy — in foster with Mo and Ian in North Yorkshire, being treated for ongoing skin problems
